COVID-19 CUSTOMER UPDATE…

Following the government’s announcement regarding the national effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the Prime Minister has instructed all pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and other similar premises to close. It is with regret that we will therefore be closing our doors until further notice. All future bookings are currently cancelled and any events planned are postponed for the foreseeable future until we are notified that these restrictions have been lifted. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause, however we are duty-bound to follow the government’s orders.

 

All customer deposits made can be redeemed against rescheduled dates. If you have a refund enquiry, please send an email to marketing@malhotragroup.co.uk and we will reply at the earliest opportunity.  During this period please bear in mind that if you email, phone or message the site we may not be able respond in our usual timely manner.

 

We are sure you will appreciate that this is an extremely difficult and upsetting time for our staff and we will be working closely with them over the course of these next few weeks and months to support them. We plan to use this period of closure to reflect, come back stronger than ever and ensure we support each other and our community.

Went to the Polar Express screening Christmas party yesterday and it was such a lovely day with great attention to detail. The idea of this, wearing pyjamas and having hot chocolate and cookies paired with all the lovely details of a little goodie bag including a bell was perfect!!!!! Such a lovely touch and all this for just £5!!!!!!! Including a visit from Santa!! Would definitely recommend any party/event that goes on here as they never disappoint!!!
